Jaelline Jaffe, PhD has been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 1976. Over the years, she has taken numerous business and marketing classes, both general and specifically for therapists. Her website, www.LemonAidCounseling.com, has had thousands of hits since it launched in 2005, and she now receives more than 95% of her business directly through this site, or from her numerous online profiles linked to her site. She was Mental Health Editor for www.Helpguide.org, and is co-author of The Language of Emotional Intelligence (McGraw-Hill, 2008), as well as a rite of passage curriculum used in Montessori and other middle schools across the country (www.TheHeroicJourney.com). She markets her practice in a variety of ways (webinars, interviews, blog posts, Social Media, etc). She is one of only 15 businesses featured in Branding Basics for Small Business (2010).

Linda Arbiter, MA, MFT, CATC, CAMF is a more recently licensed therapist and entrepreneur. As an intern, she created a set of labels for the DSM-IV-R, which she markets through her website, www.levzlabelz.com. Within a year of becoming licensed, she had developed www.ShermanOaksCounseling.com and has now created many appealing pieces of marketing materials for www.ShermanOaksAngerManagement.com. She has become expert at using Google Local Business and other free sources, including Social Media, to bring traffic to her sites. In addition to Anger Management, Linda is also certified in the treatment of Addictions, Domestic Violence, Trauma, and Critical Incident Stress Management.
